Black Bear Farm and Apiary

Nestled in the hills of Dripping Springs, Texas, you will find a winding dirt road that leads to the gate of Black Bear Farm and Apiary. Paige Powell, her husband Corry Reiling, and their three children took a leap of faith when they purchased this land in the rural hill country, not realizing how significant the lessons of farming would be in preparing them for what they faced when their youngest child was diagnosed with a brain tumor in January of 2020. Learning the art of patience and resilience through the grind of micro farming, their land became a safe haven of healing both physically and spiritually. The pandemic gave them time to slow down, breathe in nature, and reconnect with their purpose. They invite you to come experience the benefits of farming for yourself and take a slice of the healing they experienced from the farm they built from scratch.
